Midelton, Bondi Beach

An adaptation of the traditional semi-detached house situated in vibrant Bondi Beach. Screens are used to reimagine a contemporary architectural approach within a conventional housing envelope. Through the efficient use of space a four bedroom house and a pool can be achieved on a site of less than 200 square metres.
